Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex.
Shipping rates can vary from a flat rate or a variable rate, depending on or promotions.Â
Current Promotion: Free shipping for purchases over $30. For purchases $29.99 and under, there is a $2.99 flat rate shipping fee.Â
Unless otherwise stated for a promotion, shipping rates vary based on the weight of your purchase(s):

1.1-3lb | $4.99 |
3.1-5lb | $8.99 |
5.1-10lb | $14.99 |
Shipments are shipping from New Hampshire, delivery times will vary based on delivery address. Average delivery time to the West Coast is 5 days, 3-5 days to the Midwest and Southern US, and 1-3 days in the Northeast and East Coast.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
For most items we can ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time. Fun Learn Grow Co. ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (Mainland). This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.Â
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fun Learn Grow Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fun Learn Grow Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.
